I have never had a home cleaning before, and I wasn't certain what to expect. When I searched online, Hellamaid was the only company that would allow me to book right there with all the fees clear and upfront. Everyone else would only offer to "get back to me with a quote." I didn't have time for that - I booked on a Friday, hoping I could have someone come on Monday. That was no problem. The cleaner, Ligia, was very sweet and professional and I couldn't be more thrilled with the job she did.
