Work done in our area very inconsiderate. No notice of work being scheduled, heavy equipment parked on lawns, poor clean up.
Installation crooked - probably could be a good company if they addressed their customer service and we're considerate of the residents.
Seeding of our lawn literally consisted of 5 grass seeds on a large patch

Employees are ignorant and entitled. They illegally blocked my drive way and refused to move . I was then almost late for school pick up as they refused to unblock my drive way, when they finally did move, they went right back to blocking my drive way and then again refused to let me back into MY OWN PROPERTY! Then the old bald guy got up in my face telling me I have to wait when they are ones illegal blocked me out of my own property. My child almost had an accident as well because we were unable to get into our yard due to this company ignorance and thinking the laws don’t apply to then. As soon as we told them they are going to be towed, they backed up and took off.
