I came in at about 5pm on Thursday to get my 2-year-old sons hair cut. We were the only ones there and Anna did an excellent job! She was soooo good with my son and his hair looks fantastic. In and out in about 20 minutes and it cost a total of $22. VERY happy with my service here, highly recommend.

I like some of the haircutters here, but the fact that I can't book by appointment, I'm looking elsewhere for 2 reasons:1) It's always whoever is available next. Some are good, a couple have done quite poor jobs. How am I supposed to get a consistent result when I can't even choose who cuts my hair?2) Without an appointment, it's hit or miss how long the wait is. My time is valuable, and without being able to book an appointment, it tells me FCH doesn't value my time.EDIT: It has been clarified that one can do a same-day booking with a specific stylist, so that is helpful in addressing point 1 and minimizing point 2 above.

I have been a customer here for years and always had a good experience. They get the job done well and in good time.I appreciate the good service and the reasonable price. Michelle cut my hair the last few times and was excellent.
