She was very friendly and knowledgeable.
She also helped me with product for my hair. I highly recommend her and have sent friends to her.

I struggle to give an accurate rating. The service today was good and usually is. It wasn't busy and got in right away. So I would say 5 stars. However corporate removed the free neck cleanup and is forcing a full haircut. So that's not cool. So first choice has lost my loyalty and I'll shop around for the basic of basic men's haircut.

We have tried many hairstylist in the kitchener area for our little boy. He needs time and lots of patience. Julie F (jules) is the one to see! U don't need to hold ur kid down. Lots of distraction and patience. I'm so thankful for Julie.
