I've had two seperate experiences with her and the covers team and everything went seamless. The installer is also amazing! Absolutely recommend. We have worked with covers twice now on two homes. Sandy was professional, prompt, responsive and will give you tasteful suggestions. It doesn’t hurt that she has an interior eye, and was just such a joy to work with! I was a bit flustered during our appointment as it was the day after closing and there was chaos everywhere, but Sandy kept me focused and worked right past and through the chaos to make our choices. She’s quoted a lead time of a few days before being able to generate a quote after our picks but got it to me within 24 hours!Our installer was also great, quick, very friendly and clearly also a pro at what he does.Go with Covers you...read full review
