Well this is my 4th visit to this fantastic Customer first full service Garage , today , I arranged for them to check out my car due to noise while I drive , well they First gave me a free loaner car , they checked out my car for the road noise checked the breaks bearings tires , they found a tire that was tread separated , here is the thing they didn't try to sell me tires or anything they let me make a decision on what I wanted to do , and here is the thing that Blew me away , I asked how much I owed , they said nothing , Wow !! and a huge Thank You !! now this is 100 percent customer service . they have gained a Full time loyal customer . We cannot say enough good things about the staff and service at Beverly Tire. They are honest, knowledgeable and always go out of their way to offer excellent customer service. They always come through for us and we completely trust and value their high level of service.
