Probably the most professional shop I've dealt with. Front office staff are knowledgeable and proficient over the phone and on site. My vehicle was having an issue and throwing codes and I had done some testing but needed help. They took my info and the appointment was made. I received a reminder the day before it was due to confirm my arrival and I dropped off the vehicle 1st a.m. The very next day I get an email and a text with the result of the diagnosis. The Tech had covered my concerns AND had found the issue of my concern and fixed it, as correcting some other issues. I was issued a copy of the vehicle Condition Report and a report of 3 other items that have service required , with pictures!! Items that OK were listed and a list of service suggested was supplied also. The format of invoice I received was IMPRESSIVE!All my vehicles info. Sectioned by "Concern", "Inspection" "Service" "Deferred" with the billing clearly stated at the end. To say I was impressed would be an understatement!!! Thanks to all the staff at Automotive Edge. ( I do most of my own vehicles maintenance and repairs. Motors changed out to doing headliners and complete brakes jobs etc,etc. .....so I know a few things about vehicles. I would recommend this shop!

Always will fit you in when they can. Honest and will not try to sell you what you don’t need. Fast, friendly service. They have been my automotive technicians for 15 years. Wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.
