This was a challenging roofing project, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize Haitham for the professionalism and dedication he brought throughout the process.

Haitham was responsive, communicative, and consistently available to address questions and concerns. He remained patient, respectful, and solution-oriented from start to finish, helping to keep things moving forward despite the complexities of the project.

I deal with their London office and Dan and Armundo (SP?) and their team are top notch. Very professional and very "by the book". Clearly their business model is set up for large jobs but they are quick to fit in the smaller jobs if they can. For flat roofs or terrace waterproofing, these guys are my first call.
