I always leave this place a different person. Both my husband and I visit Kaia and she's such a great massage therapist! She's thorough, gentle when you need it, and wonderful at fixing problematic areas within your body! She's a true gem and we highly recommend visiting her or other therapists at this convenient location. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have been seeing Elizabeth Howes for several years now and can’t recommend her enough. She is very thorough and knowledgable and has a very relaxing and calm presence about her. The whole clinic is wonderful and is small and personal. And even though it is located downtown, I never have difficulty finding parking on Wellington right in front of the clinic. Highly recommend.
