I love Vic's Auto! I was referred to Vic's by a friend over 15 years ago and I have been bringing my vehicles here ever since! Whenever a newer vehicle was required, and if they didn't have one to suit my needs, they would always check everything before I purchased elsewhere, at no charge. They are always very thorough to help me make sure everything on my vehicle is in good working condition. They never, ever try to upsell! Just good, knowledgeable and honest mechanics at Vic's!

A couple of weeks ago on a Friday afternoon on my way to Kingston I was stranded in Westport with car trouble. The CAA driver called several places in Kingston and Vic's was kind enough to squeeze me in. I was prepared to wait for hours but everything was done in 2 hours and the bill was more than reasonable. Jeremy, the owner, runs the shop with honesty and care, Melissa at the front desk is always friendly and helpful, and Ian is a skilled mechanic who takes the time to do the job right. No matter what we’ve needed over the years, they’ve gone above and beyond to make sure everything is handled properly and efficiently. It’s rare to find a mechanic shop you can trust completely, but with Vics, we know our vehicles are in great hands.
