Just had my third session with Austin here. Austin is professional, knowledgeable and is very skilled. I have issues with posture, neck and back pain and I find his massage has helped me feel a lot better with lasting results.
TMJ pain sufferers, have I got good news for you!!! Austin Sawatsky has changed my life! I have searched high and low for an RMT who performs TMJ massage, and I am beyond grateful that I found Austin at The Orchid. He is kind, compassionate and professional. He takes his time to explain what he will be doing and makes sure you are comfortable every step of the way. If you’re looking for a registered massage therapist, this is your guy!
My sessions with Austin have been exceptional from start to finish. He takes time to understand problem areas, takes notes, and explains what he’ll focus on. His technique is both soothing and effective, especially the lower back and neck. The space is quiet, clean, peaceful, and set up for a true relaxation experience. I appreciate how he balances conversation with quiet, and his aftercare suggestions coupled with suggestions for next session are an added bonus. I will definitely continue booking with Austin.
