I called this shop for a muffler/exhaust issue this morning. They Fit me in today despite the busy schedule/ upcoming holidays. My van was fixed and charges were very fair and not what i was expecting. It was my first time receiving auto service in this shop and for sure i will head back if i need to in the future. Family run, honest, reliable, and they really care about the client. The team at sickbay is so knowledgeable, and always goes above and beyond to make sure the clients needs are met. As a student their affordable pricing and fairness are truly appreciated. I will be going back with any future issues and recommending them to friends and family.

Summary: Efficient, honest, reliable, and caring. With fair pricing and an explanation for every charge, I can not recommend Jason (Jay) and Kelly enough. --------- I have been going to Sickbay for everything from oil and tire changes to more serious ailments on my car for almost 3 years now. Jay and Kelly are bar none some of the kindest mechanics and business owners I've had the pleasure of doing business with.
