“Travis returned my call within 5 minutes yesterday. He was super accommodating and came after his full work day. He answered my million questions and walked me through why he didn't think it was a clog, but rather a leaking toilet to bowel and toilet seal. The seal was replaced by another company and was under warranty. He then called that company for me and talked to them and asked for them to fix it. Travis then called me later that evening to go over what I should do. He didn't charge me anything. Wouldn't accept anything. He offered for me to reach out after the other company fixes it if I have any further issues or concerns. Super lovely guy! I am shocked at how willing he was to help me and ensure I wasn't spending more money when things were under warranty with another company. I didn't know about the warranty, so really appreciate the honesty.I will be calling Travis again as I want to get a new hot water tank, along with helping as I do washroom renos down the road.If you need an honest plumber who will not charge you for things you don't need, call Jardine Mechanical!
