Late Friday night a rattling started in my van. Could not find another auto service centre other than Midas open on Saturday. I was able to make an appointment online and received excellent customer service . The mechanic explained the issue and did his due diligence about a second issue I identified when dropping the vehicle off for servicing. It was my first experience at Midas and left very pleased and relieved that the repairs were complete. Highly recommend.

10/10 customer service from your young curly haired lad behind the counter. Could not ask for a better experience while purchasing tires or parts for my vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about all the parts and kept his patience’s as I continued to ask questions to make sure I wasn’t getting screwed. Will definitely be using the service again if I get to interact with the same parts guy.
