The sales staff here was super impressive and knowledgeable. It was his last day but he spoke highly of his team.The products are amazing. So many options for fabric and styles.The only drawback is price, however it is something to consider as the quality of their furniture is amazing.

Deborah is excellent. On point, no upselling, exceptionally knowledgeable and just a charming person. The atmosphere was relaxed, and once we asked for assistance it was provided promptly. A nice change.We were able to select pieces that met our needs and taste with the assistance of insights but absolutely no pressure.Thank you!

I just had the most wonderful experience at the Kingston La-Z-Boy store. Deborah was amazing!!! She came up and greeted me, asked lots of great questions to find out what I was looking for and really helped me out it all together. I am colour-blind and she helped me with colour matching and making it all come together. There was no pressure and no rushing, even though she was the only sales person on and jumping between customers. I am very grateful for Deborah’s help and would absolutely recommend. So excited for my new furniture to arrive!!!
