Honest review here from someone who actually bought a used car from them. I got a smoking deal, on an incredibly clean used car. What beat the price and the car (very hard to do) was the service. Mike Neville (finance manager) is a man of his word who will absolutely go out of his way to do what he said he would. From start to finish he was flawless. The GM was very solid too and let me walk out of there with an incredible deal. They were happy that I was happy. 10 star shop, keep a close eye on their inventory because you will find a great deal.

Over the past few weeks I have been shopping for a new hybrid vehicle. I was torn between the Toyota RAV4 and another. After multiple test drives between the two, I decided to go with the other vehicle, however it does not detract from my customer experience dealing with Cian. He was very personable, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured at any time. My good friend did however go in and purchase her vehicle from Cian yesterday so I felt good knowing he at least got a sale from my good friend.
