They are amazing! They have patience with the customers (I don't have a lot of knowledge about cars) and are always welcoming and nice ! I can't express enough how much I recommend their services
If you are looking for a good and honest mechanic, this is definitely the place to go. Would recommend to anyone having trouble finding a good mechanic. I have been taking my car here for about a year now. Always great customer service and takes the time to explain all the work they did and never over charge. Ian Carmichaels garage is second to none.
Daughter had some issues with her car. We were unaware of any place to take it to in Kingston was recommended and they definitely over delivered very helpful and professional, getting my daughters car repaired and back on the road in a short period of time and only made the necessary repairs.
