Marlen in the financing department was excellent. She is very knowledgeable and thorough and didn’t try and sell anything that wasn’t needed. The service and experience was excellent.

Rob and Kyle were excellent to work with. Ron answered all my questions and wasn’t pushy (which I appreciated). Kyle was very friendly and informative. I’m a first time customer at Hyundai and I’m very impressed. I will pass on my experience to friends and family. I love my new SUV!

Update. My 2026 Tucson wouldn’t start in this bitter cold weather and my fob wasn’t working to get into the car. I called Kingston Hyundai can spoke with Chris Milner. He offered to come to my house to help me get into my car and restart my car. He was super helpful and he managed to get into my car. No need to call road assistance. We had a great experience this week leasing our new SUV. Kevin is fantastic to work with, very knowledgeable and never pushy. He presented us with several pricing options and outlined the pros and cons for each. Kyle worked with us on the financial side, was quick to respond to inquiries and answered any questions we had throughout the process. We will definitely be recommending them to our friends and family. Our schedules are hectic and there were little hiccups along the way on our end but the team jumped through hoops for us to get the deal done and we are super pleased with our 2026 Tucson! Big thank you to the team.

Recently purchased our second car with Kingston Hyundai. Chris and Marlen were great to work with and really put our needs at the forefront. We came and test drove a few times and never felt like we were being annoying. Marlen also helped me with my purchase back in 2017, so it was nice to see a familiar face! Chris was extremely friendly and really helped us make the best decision for our family. (Even helped entertain our little people while we signed the papers). We will definitely be back next time we need an upgrade.
