we have used kingston Home Heating I think since the nineties . We have always been satisfied with the services when required as well as our regularly scheduled yearly maintenance.Yesterday we had a service provided by Kingston Home Heating that was done on short notice and with every effort by them to accommodate a delivery date we had of a stove.As well we asked for a maintenance on a gas stove and to certify another that had leaked carbon monoxide last year . The two workers Greg and Blade arrived right on schedule with big smiles to light up the room .They were very professional and efficient. One of the stoves was difficult because of age and availability of parts but they were able to get it back in good working order without any emissions The also were quick to remind us of safety practices around our stove regarding upkeep and maintenance and use of detectors. They also worked really well with our big dog and his friend trying to help out with the service call. Our dog was very proud to be an assistant We appreciated that from them because our dog is a very important family member.Also would like to thank Kathy who was so helpful in arranging the schedule and her usual cheery voice when she calls brightens my day..Yesterday I felt so good after a 3 point service call that I felt the urge to share my satisfaction so I decided to write a review
