This place gives you great value for your money. We got our backsplash tile and flooring. Ana was amazing for putting up with us. We are going back for our vinyl flooring as well, Ana has already helped us with it. I will have pictures of it all when the renovations are done. Highly recommended by Barry and I.

We have purchased flooring from Kingston Flooring World for a new custom home build and renovations at two rental properties. Mark and the team have never disappointed. You won’t be able to find the level of service and experience anywhere else. Not to mention the options! They must have the largest flooring showroom in eastern Ontario with endless options of flooring types and colours to choose from. Given the showroom and my personal experience at Kingston Flooring World, I recommend them to all.

I've been shopping at Kingston Flooring World for years now, and they never disappoint. Their selection is fantastic, with something for every taste and budget. But what truly sets them apart is their amazing service.
The staff are absolute rockstars! They're incredibly knowledgeable and patient, always willing to answer my questions and guide me through the selection process. They're also incredibly flexible and accommodating. They've never hesitated to let me take home tons of samples to see how they look in my space with different lighting. This made the decision-making process so much easier!
