I was impressed with excellent communication and updates as to when service persons would arrive, the service people themselves were polite, friendly and focused on their work , clear instructions on how to to use the RO System, and finally continued contact in a year for replacement filters. Very positive experience.

Called these folks, and they were quick to call back, and arranged a visit on the same day. They explained there'd be a cost for the diagnostic, but it would be waived if I proceeded with repairs with them.
Techs arrived on time. They were very knowledgeable. I asked questions about what was wrong, what needed to be replaced, what I should do as a home owner. I didn't know that the pump was a condensation pump (I thought it was a sump pump). I proceeded to authorize the repairs.
