Issac L was our service technician today and we are so very grateful that he was able to come on such a short notice. He was a kind and knowledgeable service technician who explained what the problem was and ensured we understood what caused the heating problem. He checked all three units and ensured they were working properly and that we had heat before he left. We would gratefully appreciate if Issac L. could be our service technician on May 11, 2026 when it is time for our yearly maintenance on our three ductless heating units and our fireplace.

Our furnace broke, and the room temperature was 13C by morning. Contacting Haven Home Heating & Air Conditioning turned out to be a lucky coincidence. Our old furnace, over 30 years old, was falling apart, and we decided to replace it. Viara, the company's sales representative, arrived to us promptly. Her business ethics and knowledge were simply outstanding. We received all the information necessary to make a decision, all our questions were answered and all our concerns addressed.
