First, to the person who remarked that the ladies are the rudest you’ve met, I’d like to point out the irony in your review being the rudest I’ve ever read.At this shop, if you ask their opinion on your pet, they tell you. If you’ve let your dog get fat, they may mention it. They love dogs and cats. And they are very knowledgeable . There may be a bit of grousing about the long day ahead but it feels real to me. There’s a past era feel to it that I very much enjoy. Like a gruff barber you knew who might have remarked that you’ve let your hair grow into a mop. We ended up trying Groomin' Tales 3 months ago after struggling to find someone to trim our highly anxious dogs nails. Even our vet and their assistants could not get it done with light sedation. We were getting desperate. Spending over $500 to have him fully sedated every 3 months just isn't in our budget so needed to find another option.I will admit I found the customer service a little abrupt, but to be honest after working in customer service for many years myself and seeing how rude and obnoxious customers can be I totally get it. Absolutely would not take my dogs anywhere else! I have been bringing my 3 boys here for 10+ years and I trust Nancy and Natasha. Nancy is not afraid to voice her concerns and I appreciate this. What may come across as rudeness is just her love/understanding of dogs and wanting them to be taken care of! If something needed to be addressed with my dogs she would tell me! Ignore any negative reviews you may read. They truly care for your dogs!
