Staff is hot, store is cool, but experience sucked because the parrot I walked by spoke the same thing as my late mother's dying words. That kinda tripped me out, but everything else was litty.

We just had our kitty's claws trimmed. They are very nervous and anxious around new people. The ladies were fantastic with them. The groomer who did the trimming was so kind and gentle, I've never seen Molly so relaxed... especially while getting her nails done. Both cats did great thanks to the environment and staff. Two words... Cat whisperer! Wonderful experience! Thank you so much, see you in 6 weeks.

Fish keeper here. Fish section workers were knowledgeable and friendly, and will attempt to coax you away from fish you aren’t ready for or able to take care of (and that’s a good thing! maintaining a healthy tank requires a returning customer!)however, the sale of clown loaches, pictus catfish, Oscars and more is irresponsible on the part of such a general store. Leave that to specialized stores where staff are specifically trained to know that even a 1 inch fish like a clown loach will eventually require a 100 gallon tank. Thankfully these staff appear to know better, but if they’re off shift…Overall though, not the worst fish I’ve seen at a PetSmart, wide...read full review
