The nurse practitioner Sneha was incredibly patient and caring with my child. She walked her through each step of the exam and made it playful and fun! It was thorough and efficient!

The quality of service I received from Good Dr Clinic was better than I ever received from my previous dr. They were very welcoming and took the time to sit and listen to my concerns. At no time did I feel like I was just a number.

No on-site Doctor. I paid $20 for a Webcam call with a man who never introduced himself as a doctor, never said his name and was overall dismissive. I wouldn't recommend this clinic.

Be warned: they advertise themselves as a walk-in clinic, and in reality it’s by appointment only location. No availability for weeks + a fee to book an appointment. Fear Good Doctors, please update your website and google listing information.

I had surgery on both ears and needed a new referral in order for my specialist to continue ongoing care. The receptionist Fatima had a difficulty understanding this and her follow-up questions. She would not allow me to answer as she kept interrupting me with more questions and as I would try to answer those would interrupt me again. Completely unprofessional and then she ended the call so I was not able to speak to the doctor and it's very understandable. Why on their own website they charge you 20 bucks because they cannot get proper funding from the province. More than likely because this place is a waste of time and a scam go somewhere else. This place sucks. You cannot speak to the company directly. There is no complaint department

The nurses and doctors are amazing. They are kind, respectful and knowledgeable. You can usually get in within a day or two. I would recommend this clinic to friends and family who do not have a family physician.
