I normally go to the Gardiner's Street location, however, it was getting late so I popped into this location. I'm so glad I did. It's been a long time since I had time to get in for a cut and I explained that. Roma asked questions about what I wanted, gave me choices, and did a phenomenal job of my hair. I will definitely be back to see her.

My experience was wonderful-Barbara listened to my request and we worked together as she gave me the hair cut I was hoping for - I left the shop very pleased and will recommend Barbara anytime .

I have no issue with the service or cuts here, as it's always been good - but I take exception to the request for tipping. FCH has raised their prices ~25% in the past 4 years. When I went their recently, the suggested tip amounts were 20%, 25% or 30%!?! I think it's a bit ridiculous to suggest that people pay a 30% tip on a 5-10 minute haircut! I don't know if the suggested tip amount is set by corporate or by the individual store, and I know that we can tip whatever amount we want to tip, but it just really left me with a bad impression of the place.
