Brought in a belt tensioner from an almost extinct Cummins, so endangered Dodge only had one anywhere in Canada. The parts guys magically pulled one out of a hat, and sent me on my way. You guys saved the railroad today!! Thanks
Joe and the rest of the staff went out of their way to find a spring pack for my F350 when I found out I had a broken main spring. I was in a situation where I needed the truck on the road for Thursday afternoon but only was made aware of my issue Tuesday. Joe sourced the springs and was cautiously hopeful that he might be able.to have it done by mid day on Thursday. To my surprise it was finished before noon the next day. not only was it done overnight it was several hundred dollars less than what I was quoted from a dealership. The staff was incredibly friendly, understanding and went out of their way to help me. I highly recommend them. Truly a great experience.
Replaced the tires on my travel trailer....great staff, friendly interactions....can't say enough positive things about the work they did for me. Fast service and with a smile overall a GREAT experience. Thanks everyone!
