“I purchased a Brother NQ1700E embroidery machine from Stitch by Stitch just under two years ago. About three months ago, it began experiencing an intermittent technical issue. I brought the machine in, along with a video showing the problem, but the issue couldn't be duplicated during the inspection.
After I brought the machine home, the problem returned, so I recorded additional videos and sent them to the service technician. They took my concerns seriously and shipped my machine to Brother Canada to investigate the issue.
In the end, Stitch by Stitch stood behind both their product and their customer. They advocated on my behalf, and Brother Canada honoured the machine's 25-year warranty. I truly appreciated the outstanding service and the way I was treated throughout the process.
