“I've been a loyal client of Blo Woodbridge for about a year, and while the service is still great, the atmosphere has changed—and not in a good way. I used to love coming in to see Jhanel, Anisha, Ashleen, Elsa, Malaika and Priya—their warmth, professionalism, and energy made every visit special. Lately, though, the vibe feels off. The team seems overworked and drained, and as someone who picks up on energy, it's hard to ignore.

This isn't a reflection on the talent of the staff—they're amazing. But I genuinely hope upper management steps in to support them more. A happy team creates a happy space. I miss the music, the dancing, and that spark that made Woodbridge my favourite location.

Right now, I'd give it a 4/10 based on the current vibe, but I’m really rooting for a return to the experience I once looked forward to so much.

Happy Monday! Hope this finds you well! After numerous falls and injuries - due to a bottleneck effect I’m quite thankful to have found Blo Bar - the new management is surely making an attempt to upse (which I don’t like) - when I book appt’s I write thorough details as to what I what - yes I might change my mind but that’s simply because as an establishment I don’t like unprofessionalism. I’m paying for a service I expect results. Going to a variety of salons, I’m trying to trust you all and no worries my last appointment was awesome!

Mona’s the best! Along with Rashleen and Anisha to Malaika - such kind souls and talented women. Sherry as well. The best of the best! The younger inexperienced stylists need to stop being intrusive, I come to the salon to relax not be riddled with questions, period. The reservationist need to be a bit more patient - and reiterate the discount this stop asking for “do you need the machine for a tip” - not everyone deserves a tip.
