The quality of their flowers and material are fantastic! The prices are unbeatable, their presentation and lay out of bouquets are very skillful, presentable and swiftly made. The staff are all friendly, true artists and masters of their craft. I won’t go anywhere else

i’ve been to this flower shop many times and am usually pleased with the customer service. Today I had a terrible experience and I am never giving going back. The lady that I was dealing with was extremely rude. I had flowers in my hand and she loudly said in-front of the whole store very rudely that i can’t take those flowers because they are for in order. The flowers had no signs that they were an order and the lady proceeded to come up to me and take the flowers out of my hands. I found this extremely rude and very unprofessional. I will never spend my money at this store again as my experience has turned me off and i am VERY unpleased. Whoever is in charged of this store should teach their employees how to be nice when working in customer service.

The owner is so curious and makes time for each customer. Their flowers are always fresh and they have the most beautiful house plants too!

Our family have been buying flowers from Jason and Jenny for about 15 years. It was nice to deal with them at the beginning, but few years ago they hired new staff which was very rude on several occasions and actually made me cry one day. Jason was present at that time and he didn't stop that new girl who was a relative, did not apologize for her behaviour or say anything to me. I was upset, but continued to shop there as is not far from my house. Last weekend was my son's wedding and we had go to this shop 3 times to set an order for boutonnieres and corsages. They wrote down everything, but when the bride went there the 3rd time to discuss the order and make sure that they know what flowers to use and to show them a sample of what she want, they told her they are busy come another time as they had a problem with a customer's order and 4 of the available staff were around the phone listening to what was said on the phone. They were rude to the future bride and brushed her off. They said I never told them which flowers we want and how many, when on the papper was written everything down. We had to find someone else 3 days before the wedding to do our flowers. This was very frustrating with all the stress before the wedding. The customer service is very bad lately and absolutely no standards of quality communication. Plus they had the nerve to text the bride and tell her do not come to their store anymore. Unbelievable behavior. Never going back to this place again.
