If Customer Service had a definition it would be Rowe Motors!! My sister and I were recently in Kincardine visiting family when her car developed a flat tire the day before we were planning to return to Ottawa. After having the spare installed by CAA (wonderful service) we went to Rowe Motor in the hopes that they might be able to repair the flat tire. Unfortunately they could not but they immediately called OK Tire in Bervie, Ont. in the hopes they might be able to assist us. We were told to proceed there from Rowe. OK tire, just as amazing, were able to repair the tire while we waited !!! I hope the staff at Rowe Motors knows how much we appreciated their assistance!!!... read full review

I used Rowe towing this evening and the gentleman that came out to the Dollarama in Kincardine and got me up and running was fantastic. He was fast, knowledgeable and very helpful in a stressful moment. Highly recommend this company.

I was on my way to Kincardine from Ajax when about half way my car began to miss badly. I called two repair shops who couldn't help, too busy. One suggested I call Rowe. Ryan kindly offered to help. I made it to Rowe explained the problem thinking it might be a coil. It was diagnosed misfiring on cylinder four. Turns out it was not the coil a $200 part but the spark plug a $35 part. They suggested I change all the plugs. The repair was completed before the end of the day and the car is running great. I'm a 3 1/2 hour drive from Kincardine if I lived closer I would gladly give Rowe my business.
