I've come here a few times now, and every time, Jumana has been absolutely amazing. Her attention to the smallest of details is what sets her apart from the rest. She won't let you out of her chair until she's satisfied that you're walking away with a great cut and shave. Don't need to go anywhere else.

I’ve been going to Queensway Barbershop every two weeks, and Otto and his team are hands down the best in the business. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated like family — always welcomed warmly and taken care of properly.
Otto clearly takes a lot of pride in his shop, and it shows. He sets a high standard for both the quality of cuts and customer service, and his entire team delivers on it consistently. You never leave without a top-notch haircut and a great experience.
Without a doubt, this is the best barbershop in Keswick. I couldn’t recommend it enough.

This place is amazing....you walk in and there are 3 comfy leather sofas to sit and wait kinda makes you never want to leave. We were greeted by Mohammed....what a super nice guy....had brought in Alfredo my grandson who is 4 to get a fade....he said are you sure he can sit still it's a very long process....we said yes ...he said ok well I can do a great job if he can....and he did...he had much attention to perfection and was very patient and did everything to help him keep still with a calm voice. He made a deal with him to give him a candy if he made it through. He kept his promise and went above and beyond very polite and courteous.
