The European lady showed up late and gave me the worst haircut ever. I asked for short on the sides and to keep the top long and got a short buzz cut all over. The only saving grace is that my hair will grow back eventually. Certainly the woman needed training in respecting the customers wishes.

I have never been to Hairfitness as a customer, but I know most of the ladies working at the Keswick branch. They are all very nice, lovely, and respectful people. I also know that all of them have more than 20 years of experience in hairstyling, especially Ozra. She is truly professional and has almost 30 years of experience as a certified hairstylist. She is very skilled in both men’s and women’s haircuts, coloring, and blow-drying. She also has a very nice and professional personality.
I hope you have a wonderful experience at Hairfitness. All the ladies (Ozra, May, Ivy, and Hung) are very professional.
