I used First Call for the first time today in an emergency and they were fantastic. From the helpful response to my call to the service itself, it could not have been better. I went from freaking out about almost having sewage on the floors to everything having been taken care of in 90 minutes.
As an older woman newly on my own, these household crises can be very daunting and everyone was so helpful, professional and kind. Highly recommend their services.

I highly recommend this service! My neighbor recommended them, and I couldn’t be happier. The best part was that I accidentally paid an extra $100 in cash, and Mark personally came back to refund it to me. It’s rare to find such honesty these days. The service was professional, fast, and efficient. Will definitely use them again for any future needs!
