I had the pleasure of meeting Tim today as he came to my home to assess a problem with my skylight leaking on my steel roof… Not only did he assess it… He repaired it… He said this is not a temporary fix. This is a permanent fix and I truly can’t thank him enough… I highly recommend him and his company to anyone who needs anything to do with the roof.

We recently had roof work completed by **Estate Exteriors**, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. **Tim Arthurs and his crew** were professional, knowledgeable, and clearly take pride in their work. The workmanship was outstanding — from replacing the decking and insulation to installing the vapor barrier and ice and water shield, every detail was done properly and with care. The job was completed exactly as promised, and the site was left clean and well organized.
