I can’t say enough good things about this salon—it’s truly a gem! Renee is my go-to stylist and colorist, and she is nothing short of amazing. She has brought my hair through all the motions—not once, but twice—postpartum, keeping it healthy, vibrant, and beautiful. She always gives the best advice and takes such thoughtful care with every appointment. I trust her completely with my hair.

I had my first haircut tonight at Ess and Cay with the awesome hairdresser Rebecca. She did a wonderful job and I will definitely come back. She knew straight away what I wanted for my thick long hair. Not many hairdressers know very thick hair. I have tried many different hairdressers in both Toronto and Europe, I often get a half done job when I’m ok but not feeling completely happy afterwards. Tonight I am feeling so great and so satisfied with the cut. The first thing my boyfriend said when I came home was that this was the best haircut he has seen on me. I can highly recommend Rebecca.

My first experience with Kaitlin was earlier this year when I booked an extension consultation with her. From my first visit with her, you could tell that she really genuinely cared about what I wanted for my hair, and not necessarily what would be easiest for her, or the most costly option. She asked questions, she listened, she never pressured. When I was finally ready to pull the trigger, she had an entire plan in place with me, and made sure I was fully aware and comfortable with all of the associated costs before hand.
