In response to negative review. We tried several times to address these issues for this customer. Our company uses a clear high temp silicone product that is a proper product for venting system. As far as the fire stop it can only go in one way. In our opinion Our job was correctly installed according to specifications and we stand by our work and we are sorry this customer was not satisfied.Service: Heating system installation
