With this kind of red flag, I will not even consider this company.Response to your reply of my review: You can justify your actions as much as you like, but you did not communicate your reasons for charging me for an estimate and I still have and outstanding email that is unanswered to this day asking you for clarification.Your customer service is horrible, untimely, and lacks detailed conversations. My review stands as is.

I live on the street where this company was roofing a church. Starting at 7:30am I had to listen to non stop swearing and loud radio playing. At break time they went to our neighbourhood private beach where this loud and vulgar language persisted. They threw their garbage on the beach as well. Very unprofessional and disrespectful.Service: Roof installation

Stellar job! Out of 5 companies I had in to estimate, Brown Brothers were the only ones who were honest about what was to be done and explained why it needed to be done. I had one quote $4000 more than anyone else. I had one lie about us needing a $5000 insulation replacement, one obsessed with 2 incorrect type screws used in something, (mountains out of mole hills trying to terrify me), and one with a fancy expensive 'report' telling me everything I already knew without giving an estimate. Brown's crew were efficient, only added what was needed, (a proper range hood vent and additional roof vents), courteous and friendly. They came promptly and despite the horrific heat, continued working until the job was done. It looks great and is a huge worry off of our minds. I highly recommend them!

Great company to hire if your looking for a roof to be repaired or re-done totally. Glen and his team are very knowledgeable when it comes to roofs and exterior finishing! Highly recommend.

I'm giving three stars as I can't comment on the workmanship - which is the nature of the problem, they just wouldn't come out - so I'll comment on level of service. I called to get a quote - said someone would come by to take a look. Several weeks later I called back to find out what was going on . They said someone came by (why they didn't call me I don't know) and evaluated the situation. The person gave me a price and I said its good and asked when someone could come out. They said they would call me when their team was in the area. Weeks later - no call. I didn't haggle, I did the follow-up - gave up and called another company.
