We are camping in Kenora and had an issue with our hitch. Asked four different places who all said they couldn’t do it. Came into JJ’s and he was so nice and friendly, fixed it in 2 minutes and sent us on our way. We will be coming here for anything we need done when in Kenora and sending all our family and friends here. Amazing human and business!

It's been almost 3 months since my first-time appointment with JJ for service on my old car, and I couldn't be more pleased. Everything is running smoothly and consistently, and an ongoing oil-leak problem was finally solved. Communication was outstanding; I either spoke directly with someone or had messages returned almost immediately. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend J&J automotive- I had something sudden come up with my vehicle and they were super fast to help out. Their staff is super friendly, get things accomplished in a timely manner, great atmosphere! Thanks for all you did.
