Over several years (2014-2019) I employed this firm on several matters. I would have fired them but I was in “too deep” and couldn’t afford to start up w a new firm. Sellers himself is terribly unprofessional. In one example after I had waited for a title transfer to be completed, I told him that it was imperative to have property transferred to my name (in the event of my death) he said “then don’t die”. After the firm handled the closings on 2 properties I owned, I called re line items that I couldn’t reconcile. The assistant told me that those were charges / fees that I had never paid! I asked her to send me an entire detail for my account. She couldn’t produce a statement that showed any detail on the billing that they had back-charged me at closing. If you hire this firm be prepared to be treated poorly, not updated on matters unless you call them, and be left w the resulting shoddy work. My sale closing was delayed because it was discovered that the firm hadn’t completed paperwork w the provincial government on my behalf. And the list goes on. Update !! Just received a lovely letter asking if they should update any of my records!! 6 years after closing.

Terrible service from the first day of hiring them. It took over a month to have any sort of communication after I had payed the retainer. I had to phone them to see what was going on and was told that they had not received disclosure yet when in fact the crowns office had sent it to them they day after I had paid the retainer. My lawyer then made a huge mistake in some paper work that caused a massive amount of unnecessary stress and more problems. when I expressed my concern over the mistake to my lawyer she took it extrmely personal got defensive and told me if I don’t think she’s capable of handling the case that she will bill me for what she’s done and have her self removed from the record. After that incident it took roughly andother 2 1/2 months to set up a meeting with my lawyer, we had never met in person up to this point and it had been close to 4 months since I had hired them. We arranged a date but no time, two weeks had passed since we arranged the date and she waiting until 10 pm the day before our meeting date to try and arrange a time. After that it was clear she did not have my best interest in mind, so I informed her I’d be seeking counsel elsewhere. On my next court date when informing the court that I was no longer being represented I could see out of the corner of my eye this lawyer shaking her head in agreement and was very animated about it. Over all very poor unprofessional and negligent behaviour. Absolute waste of time and thousands of dollars. Would never recommend this firm to anyone after my experience

Waisted over two weeks of my time , these guys don't care about the small guys their not personal. Your just a client and you come last apparently. No follow up or follow thru, wait two weeks to be sent info I could have found on Google.
