Excellent service. After being extremely disappointed with one of the other bigger names in Ottawa, someone recommended ServicePlus Heating and Cooling. I had multiple reasonable quotes very fast, and an appointment scheduled for a hot water tank replacement within a 2 days of receiving the quotations. The installers were in and out in a couple hours.
I also asked the guys if they could take information while they were there to get me quotations on furnace/ac and heat pump options. I received multiple quotes for options within a few days.
They made the process pain free. Definitely will be top on my list for any HVAC/Plumbing needs.
I had an issue with my Nest thermostat… I called ServicePlus at 9:30am. They were here by 12:20pm, issue identified, part replaced and problem solved by 1pm. Great service today from Trenton and the ServicePlus team! Highly recommend!
Service Heating and Cooling consistently exhibit a high level of professionalism in the services they provide. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable, reliable and courteous. Service fees are fair, but their biggest competitive edge is manifested in their honesty and their friendly demeanour.
