If you need you car looked after in the Ottawa area this is the place to go. Been taking my car here since I had one and they always go above and beyond. They always explain any of the work done and are proactive with their communication about any extra work done (and they've saved my bacon a few times). Instead of giving your money to a dealership that doesn't care about you or your car consider 16 Service :)
This was my first time going to a mechanic outside of my dealership. John and John were both very helpful and understanding of my situation and were able to see me on such short notice. Their garage was smaller than what I'm used to seeing with the dealership, but it made it much more personable and genuine.

I am a mom of three with a van, so giving my car away isn’t an option. They’ve accommodated me both times on the same day within hours.
