FINALLY! A shop that doesn’t take advantage of their customers! If you’re a person who doesn’t know much about cars and you’re worried about being taken advantage of… this is the shop for you! They actually live up to their name. They explain your options, charge fair price for labour and parts and have a great turn around time. I live in Gatineau and I drive my car specifically to them because of how great the service is. They always give me different opposions with pricing so I can make an informer decision based on my budget for the car.

This was my first time to this garage and I won't be going elsewhere. It's unfortunate I only heard about this garage recently (I probably could have saved $$$). Eric and team are very patient, kind and honest. If I didn't understand something Eric made sure to explain it terms where I could understand the situation. He gave me options and they were never to try to make more money off me. Highly recommend this garage to everyone I know now!

Very friendly and knowledgeable guys. Always a pleasure dealing with them and trust them to do what's best for my car. Couldn't find a better and more trust worthy place than this.
