Today my teen daughter had an appt for an extraction. She has medical issues/medications that impact her ability to be frozen. She also has a hard time with close physical contact. We explained those issues to the hygienist (sorry I didn't catch her name). She passed that on to Dr Lambert. Meds were chosen based on that info, extra time was given for the freezing to work and had frequent check ins to be sure it was working well. The hygienist understood her nervousness and both took turns in explaining each step so we understood what was about to happen. Dr Lambert rates 5* in my book.. been going to home for over 20 yrs.. always smiling and in a good mood.. has done great work on any dental issues I have! Staff are awesome and friendly as well!!
I love going there I am always greeted with a smile. When I need answers or just need to call to remember when my appointment is they are helpful. Dr Lambert so nice, always smiling and in a great mood. To all the staff I give them all 5 shining stars.
