“Today my teen daughter had an appt for an extraction. She has medical issues/medications that impact her ability to be frozen. She also has a hard time with close physical contact. We explained those issues to the hygienist (sorry I didn't catch her name). She passed that on to Dr Lambert. Meds were chosen based on that info, extra time was given for the freezing to work and had frequent check ins to be sure it was working well. The hygienist understood her nervousness and both took turns in explaining each step so we understood what was about to happen. When she noticed my daughter seemed stressed she chatted to her about her new bernese mountain puppy which was a great distraction since my daughter is a huge dog lover. During the procedure, when my daughter raised her hand they both stopped to check in and adjusted or gave time as needed. They were both very kind, empathetic and got the job done! I was beyond impressed. Grateful to both of them for outstanding client based service. The next extraction will be much easier and with less stress because of how today went. Hoping we get the same duo! Nathalie and Ailene were also both great to deal with!“
