I’ve been coming to Irene for years to get my blonde done and I trust no one else in Ottawa with my hair especially having black Asian hair to safely go platinum blonde. The entire staff here are so sweet and friendly and it’s always spotless in the salon. Bonus points there’s a bakery next door and a McDonald’s.
