I had Service plus here to repair my ac and Chad and Sam were here promptly when they said they would be. the work they preformed was very well done, they are true professionals at what they do. very polite and the bill was what they said it would be. We had ServicePlus come in for AC maintenance, and our tech was Chadwick. INCREDIBLE guy. SO friendly. SO easy to have around. Very professional, courteous, but easy going at the same time. He made an IMMEDIATE impact on the functioning of our AC unit, and the temp in our house. It's honestly never been this cool in our house before. Will be having them back in the fall for furnace servicing. Do not hesitate to book with them. The customer service is amazing.
Five stars! ServicePlus is the best AC service we have used, hands down. The guys were so polite and professional. They took the time to explain what needed to be done, and at no time condescended to me. The fact that this needs to be said is sad, but it also reflects on what ServicePlus is doing right. Our AC is blowing arctic air now, and I won't hesitate to get them back for any future HVAC needs.
