I had a real nightmare and Peter was a godsend. I had been hacked and needed to wipe my Mac hard drive and re-install everything. I work from home and run a small business so I was a wreck. Peter was patient and kind and super responsive. He talked me through everything step by step and even in the following days was available for support.
