The Kanata Barber Shop is a breath of fresh air. They are what proper barber shops used to be. Great hair cuts by nice people at a reasonable price. Not charging you $50 for a men's haircut because they put empty whiskey bottles on the shelf and are wearing leather smocks. This is the kind of barber shop that I grew up with and is for some reason hard to find in cities. I could not recommend them more. I specifically go with Carol, and will be going to her for as long as I'm in the area.
I first had my haircut at the Beaverbrook mall in 1966 at the age of 4. I continued to get my haircut there when Pietro and Dominic took over the business in 1974. They have selectively added more professional Barbers since then. These gentlemen deliver the very highest level of professional Barber services including hair-styling, straight-razor shaves and hot-towel face massage for men. Since Dominic retired, Pietro continues to deliver the very best and professional barber services in Ottawa. If he was cloned, the door would swing twice as fast as there is always a line-up to get into his chair. He is the very best of the best, a master Barber and a true gentlemen.
Authentic barbershop experience, great haircut, friendly staff. I did not have an appointment and was welcomed in and was out the door within 30 mins. Experienced barbers.
