We had our bedroom carpet re-stretched last week and were very pleased with the work performed. Roch and Pierre quickly spotted errors made in the initial installation and corrected them before stretching. They explained everything they were doing during the stretch. Well done to them. As well, a thank you to the store manager Yves for his honesty and integrity in helping us decide the best approach to solve this problem. A great experience. Thank you OC Flooring. Madison was knowledgable, patient, responsive and very accomodating when it came to our carpet selection, pricing, ordering, delivery and installation. Steph and Marc did a fantastic job with the carpet removal and installation. Everything you would hope for including punctuality, thoroughness, attention to detail and quality of work. I'd definitely recommend OC Flooring if you want quality products at a decent price with excellent service.
